Free Shipping

Shipping Restrictions
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or international addresses.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: Additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply.
Address Accuracy

No Returns Policy for Handmade Items
- Handmade Items: As all our products are handmade, each item is unique and made with great care. Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include providing a replacement or a refund if the item is deemed defective.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance in locating your order.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist in resolving the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
